Bahrain Basketball Association (BBA) has terminated the contract of national team coach Sam Vincent by mutual consent.
The former professional player took over as national basketball team coach in January 2020 and led the national team in the third and fourth rounds of the 2023 FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers (Group D).
A new coach will be signed to lead the national team for the remaining world cup qualifiers and the 2022 FIBA Asian Cup.
