Bahrain Launches Drive-Thru Garbage Bag Collection
The Northern Municipality has launched an initiative to collect monthly garbage bags in the car. This was announced by the municipality through its official social media accounts.
It added that it has allocated a special path for cars to receive the bags in the municipality’s headquarter in Hamad Town. It noted that customers’ bags would be prepared and delivered to them while they are in their cars without the need to get out of the car.
It stated that the aim of this initiative was to facilitate this service to all and to protect them from any infection by reducing the crowding and waiting in the office as a way to achieve social distancing.
It is noteworthy that this initiative is part of a series of measures and initiatives launched by the northern municipality to improve the quality of services in its service centers.
