Bahrain: Police Arrest Suspect With BD10K Worth Stolen Goods, Narcotics In Nuwaidrat

The swift action of police in the southern Governorate led to arresting a suspect for stealing cash and valuables worth BD10,000 from an apartment in Nuwaidrat.

Police said they launched an investigation soon after receiving a call and a team reached the spot. Evidence, including CCTV footage, led to identifying the suspect and launching a search call.

At the time of arrest, police said the man had with him the stolen goods as well as undisclosed quantities of a narcotic substance.

The Southern Police Directorate said they are completing legal measures to refer the case to the Public Prosecution.
