Bahrain: Thai Night Market hosts two-month event
Thai Mart Bahrain is hosting a two-month event as a celebration for Thai people in Bahrain.
The event features authentic Thai delicacies, foods and products in the Night Market style and allows visitors to experience some of Thailand’s favourite features.
Thai Mart director Rajab Abdulwajid expressed his joy at the success of this event and welcomed the interest of a large number of people from different backgrounds in the celebration of diversity and coexistence, the trademarks of Bahraini society.
“This event started on December 1 and will run until January 28, with around 25 companies selling all types of stuff.”
Ten, a Thai shampoo salesperson, said that this event is a great celebration of the Thai culture in the kingdom.
In addition to the food stalls, the mart has an outdoor 12 by 5.5 meters cinema.
The activities on the Grande stage feature amazing Thai and other Asian heritage and cooking shows. The stage is also an opportunity for the public to showcase their talents.
The event aims to transport people to Thailand where the night market is very famous and a favourite trend among visitors and locals.
