Dubai ranks 2nd best city in the world
The Emirate of Dubai ranked second among the top 10 cities out of the best 100 cities in the world for 2022, according to a new report issued by Euromonitor, a UK-based market research company.
The report stated that the emirate ranked for the number of actual international arrivals, as it witnessed the arrival of more than 12 million international tourists this year, with almost double compared to last year.
Each year, the report measures the attractiveness of 100 cities worldwide through six ratings or pillars, including tourism policies and performance, sustainability and infrastructure, health and safety, and economic performance.
In the latest report, Paris, for the second year in a row, ranked the first of the top 10 cities in the “Top 100 Cities Index 2022”, followed by Dubai, which was followed by European cities such as Amsterdam, Madrid, Rome, London, Munich, Berlin, Barcelona.
