Kuwaiti athletes added eight medals to their tally in the Special Olympics World Games currently held in Berlin.
Athletes Zainab Al Durai and Bu Rabaa won gold medals in bowling and badminton competitions, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
Taif Al Enezi won four medals: three silver and one bronze, in the weightlifting contest.
Rider Basma Al Busaili won silver medal in the equestrian game and a four-member Kuwaiti team won a silver medal in athletics competition.
