Oman: Expats arrested for running illegal slaughterhouse
In cooperation with the Royal Oman Police (ROP), Sohar Municipality has arrested several expats for slaughtering sick sheep at an unlicensed site and in unsanitary conditions.
A statement issued online by Sohar Municipality said the slaughter was carried out in a bathroom.
