stc Bahrain Official Host of FIFA23 Esports Tournament, ‘Battle of the Schools’
stc Bahrain, in partnership with the BSCAA (Bahrain Schools and Collegiate Athletic Association (BSCAA) have announced the launch of Bahrain’s first FIFA 23 Esports tournament, Battle of the Schools’. Participating school teams will battle it out to win a prize pool of US$ 20,000.
In Bahrain, Esports has been growing rapidly among the tech-savvy youth. This will be an opportunity for football fans and gamers alike to compete in an interactive online experience featuring the biggest Esporting event. In this large-scale competition hosted for the first time in Bahrain by stc Jusoor, both male and female students aged 11-19 are eligible to participate in the tournament.
Registrations for the tournament for students from participating schools will start from April 9th until the 28th. Qualifiers will be held online from May 2nd to 10th followed by an exciting offline competition on May 13th and 14th, which will be the final phase of the tournament. Winners will stand to win a shared prize pool of US$ 20,000.
