The Autumn Fair continues its preparations to welcome visitors, as the 35th edition of the highly anticipated event is scheduled to be held from January 23 to February 1 at the Exhibition World Bahrain Centre in Sakhir. Entry will be free for all, with pre-registration required via the website www.theautumnfair.com

Sara Ahmed Buhijji, Chief Executive Officer of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre, said: “The Autumn Fair is considered one of the main events on the agenda of exhibitions held at the Exhibition World Bahrain Centre. The exhibition annually attracts a distinctive group of vendors with international products, enjoying a large turnout of visitors, highlighting the key shopping and retail industry in the Kingdom of Bahrain.”

Buhijji noted that this year’s edition will include more unique shopping opportunities, in addition to entertainment events and programs that will contribute to creating new family experiences and adding a distinctive character to the experience of visitors to the exhibition.

The exhibition highlights the potential of the retail sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain, providing new and attractive shopping opportunities for visitors by attracting numerous exhibitors from different countries.”

The Autumn Fair represents a unique shopping festival, with more than 608 pavilions from 20 participating countries from all over the world. Exhibitors will offer a variety of products including textiles, furniture, food, clothing, electronics, electrical goods, accessories, cosmetics, decoration, home supplies and much more, reflecting the diversity of the retail sector in the Kingdom.

This year, there will be various accompanying entertainment activities, where visitors will have the chance to enjoy a family entertainment segment with the beloved character “Dabdoob”. The “Dabdoob” event for children will be held daily from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with prizes and gifts distributed to the visitors, in addition to taking souvenir photos with children and families.

The exhibition will open its doors to visitors in two periods, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, and from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The exhibition hours will be extended to January 31 and February 1. The morning period of January 26-27 will be dedicated only to women, to ensure a comfortable and private experience. A food court will be equipped with 10 restaurants and cafés to serve the visitors, adding an entertainment dimension and a complete shopping experience.
