78 expat workers among 100 new cases in Bahrain

Bahrain has announced 100 new coronavirus cases today, among which 78 are expat workers, 20 contacts and 2 repatriated from Iran. The total number of active cases has reached 1,107.

The Ministry also announced that out of these 100 cases, 78 were expat workers, 20 cases were from contacts and 2 cases were from Iran as part of repatriation.

They also confirmed 4 new recoveries from the COVID-19 coronavirus, bringing the total number of recoveries so far to 759 since the outbreak first began.

Currently, a total of 85,126 people have been tested and the total number of confirmed active cases is 1107, amongst which 3 patients are in critical condition. To date, 759patients have been discharged and 7 deaths have been confirmed.
