Bahrain: 143 new cases, 156 recoveries, no deaths

Out of 9857 COVID-19 tests carried out on 17 December 2020, 143 new cases have been detected among 84 expatriate workers, 47 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 12 are travel related. There were 156 recoveries from COVID19, increasing total recoveries to 87846.

There are currently 11 COVID19 cases in a critical condition, and 26 cases receiving treatment. 1537 cases are stable out of a total of 1548 active cases
