Bahrain: 19-year-old Bahraini arrested for car arson

Southern Governorate Police director-general announced yesterday that a 19-year-old Bahraini has been arrested over a car arson case.

The vehicle was parked in front of a house in Isa Town, and the fire reached a nearby car.

The director-general said that an investigation into the incident led to identifying and arresting the suspect. Initial details indicated that he committed the crime because of personal disputes with the car’s owner.

Legal proceedings were taken, and the case was referred to the Public Prosecution.
