Bahrain: 20-year-old booked for driving with a woman seated in the car trunk

Traffic police initiated legal action against the driver after a video of a woman sitting in the trunk of a car, clutching a box, surfaced online.

The video shows the driver speeding along the highway while the woman in the trunk secures the box.

The driver, a 20-year-old woman, was booked along with her vehicle, for ‘risking the safety of a person’.
