Bahrain: 212 Among 289 New Cases Are Expat Workers

The Ministry of Health confirmed that it detected a total of 289 new coronavirus cases yesterday, bringing the total number of active cases to 1,385.

Of this, 212 cases are of expat workers, 63 are of contact with existing cases and 14 are related to travel abroad.

The 212 cases of migrant workers were monitored after conducting 5,334 laboratory tests during the last 24 hours.

The expatriate workers and those in contact with previous them are now under precautionary quarantine.
