Bahrain: 249 New Coronavirus Cases Recorded

The Ministry of Health confirmed that it detected 249 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total of active cases to 3,576.

Of this, 164 are expat workers, 84 are contacts of active cases and 1 is related to travel abroad.

7446 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours.

Health officials in Bahrain also confirmed 3 more recoveries from the COVID-19 coronavirus today, bringing the total number of recoveries so far to 2,195 since the outbreak first began.

Currently, a total of 202, 967 people have been tested and the total number of confirmed active cases is 3,576, amongst which 7 patients are in critical condition. To date, 2,195 patients have been discharged and 9 deaths have been confirmed.
