Bahrain: 2,882 Active Cases; Over 900,000 Tested as of August 9

Out of 9133 COVID-19 tests carried out on 9 August 2020, 382 new cases have been detected among 165 expatriate workers, 214 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 3 are travel related. There were 418 recoveries increasing total to 40967.

There are currently 36 cases in a critical condition, and 90 cases receiving treatment. 2846 cases are stable out of a total of 2882 active cases.
