Bahrain: 32 New Coronavirus Cases Recorded Today

The Ministry of Health announced 32 new cases, 3 of which are from abroad, and 29 cases that are in contact with existing cases.

Twenty-six of the 29 new cases have been in contact with expat workers who were in quarantine.

After confirming the results of laboratory tests carried out for those in preventive quarantine, the existing cases were immediately transferred to the place designated for isolation and treatment. This is so they can receive the necessary medical care.

This information is based on active cases in the webpage that was developed to show up-to-date Coronavirus (COVID-19) information in Bahrain.

Currently, a total of 55,096 people have been tested and the total number of confirmed active cases is 363, amongst which 3 patients are in critical condition. To date, 519 patients have been discharged and 5 deaths have been confirmed.
