Police yesterday announced the arrest of nine men and 39 women for engaging in immoral acts following investigations into two separate cases registered. The Department of Combating Human Trafficking and Protection of Public Morals at the General Department of Investigation and Criminal Evidence announced the arrests.
Police said they retrieved undisclosed quantities of intoxicating drinks from the suspects. The arrest followed an investigation into a tip-off received saying a group of people are practising immoral acts in the Kingdom. Authority said they took all legal measures to hand over the case to the Public Prosecution.
