Saudi: Coronavirus Cases Cross 20,000 with 1,266 New Infections
Saudi Arabia reported 1,266 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 20,077, the Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday.
Twenty-three percent of the new cases are of Saudi Arabian nationals, while 77 percent are of non-Saudi residents, health ministry spokesman Mohammed al-Abd al-Ali said.
Meanwhile, the ministry reported 253 recoveries today, with total recoveries in the kingdom at 2,784.
The ministry also confirmed 8 deaths, bringing the total number of deaths in the kingdom to 152.
