A woman filed a complaint against a local bank, demanding BD1 for revealing her account details on social media.
The woman alleged that the bank’s act caused physical and mental damages to her.
Her lawyer Adel Matrook revealed that one of the bank’s employees did that, prompting the woman to demand BD1 in compensation as well as a three-page apology letter.
He pointed out that the High Administrative Court accepted the financial compensation but rejected other demands.
“Therefore, we have decided to appeal the court ruling.”
