Bahrain begins sending out Grand Prix invitations to frontliners

Bahrain has started handing over invitations to the front-row champions and their families to attend the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix in appreciation and gratitude for the patriotic efforts made by them.

During a press conference held today by the National Taskforce for Combatting Coronavirus (COVID-19), officials affirmed the high level of readiness to host the Formula One event and the accompanying efforts to provide the best health care for the participants.

Officials also thanked the healthcare ‘heroes’ for their dedication and efforts for the Kingdom and stressed that they play a huge part in Bahrain’s successful handling of the pandemic.
