The Bahrain International Air Show was cancelled due to coronavirus-induced challenges and travel restrictions that have affected commercial events, large gatherings, conferences and exhibitions around the world.

Organisers said the show, which was set to take place from November 18 to 20, will now be held in 2022.

This is due to the ongoing challenges and travel restrictions around the world caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, a statement on the BIAS’s official website said.

“Upon careful consideration of all factors and after consultation with our partners around the world, we believe this is in the best interest of all delegates, participants and partners, and we look forward to working together to come back stronger in 2022,” the statement added.
