Bahrain detects 253 coronavirus cases from 9,319 tests

Out of 9,319 COVID-19 tests carried out on 24 December 2020, 253 new cases have been detected among 121 expatriate workers, 115 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 17 are travel related. There were 137 recoveries, increasing total recoveries to 88,963.

There are currently 13 COVID19 cases in a critical condition, and 38 cases receiving treatment. 1,744 cases are stable out of a total of 1,757 active cases.
