Bahrain exports value increased by BD200 million

The value of Bahrain exports increased by 25% to BD200 million in January 2021, compared to BD160 million the previous year.

The total value of re-exports decreased by 29% to reach BD53 million in January 2021, compared to BD 74 million the previous year.

The value of imports decreased by 9%, reaching BD406 million in January 2021 compared to BD445 million the previous year.

The trade balance, difference between exports and imports, value of the deficit reached BD154 million in January of 2021, compared to BD211 million the previous year with a decrease of 27%.
