Bahrain: Housing Ministry to Offer All Services Online

The Ministry of Housing has announced that, effective from tomorrow, it will receive all different types of applications for housing services electronically only, without the citizens having to report to its Customer Service Centre.

The move is within the Housing Ministry’s policy to provide e-services for the citizens to save their time and efforts.

It is also in accordance with the provisions of the Public Awareness Campaign to Combat Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Ministry said.

The Housing Ministry said that its new procedures aim to improve the quality of the services delivered to the citizens, in line with the policies of the government and its action plan to ensure quality services and facilitate procedures for the citizens.
