Bahrain: More Cases from ‘Contact’ Due to Non-Compliance of Regulations
The reckless behaviour of some and the non-compliance of health regulations have led to an increase in the number of cases where the disease has been transmitted through contact with active cases, the Health Ministry Under-Secretary Dr Waleed Al Manea said at a press conference today.
He stressed that it was everyone’s responsibility to follow precautionary guidelines introduced to limit the spread of COVID-19.
6000 tests are now going to be conducted on a daily basis, which is expected to lead to an increase in the detection of the disease among the public, pushing up the total numbers.
