Oman Announces National Holiday With 4-Day Weekend for Public and Private Sector

Oman has announced a public holiday to celebrate the sultanate’s 53rd National Day.

In an official announcement on the state-run news agency ONA, it was declared that Wednesday, November 22 and Thursday, November 23 will be a national holiday.

Workers in the public and private sectors will be given a two-day holiday to mark the occasion.

As per the Royal orders of His Majesty the Sultan, it has been decided that Wednesday and Thursday, 22-23 November 2023, will be an official holiday for the public and private sectors on the occasion of the 53rd National Day.
