Bahrain Marina Development Company has announced that 50% of Phase One of its flagship waterfront project, Bahrain Marina, is now complete. The project remains on schedule for handover in Q4 2026.
Construction is progressing steadily, led by a dedicated development and engineering team focused on meeting international standards of quality, safety, and innovation.

A key component of the project, the Bahrain Marina Residence Tower, has reached its 15th floor out of 20, with 25% of construction completed. This marks a significant milestone for the luxury residential tower, which will contribute to Manama’s evolving skyline.

Khalid Najibi, Chairman of the Board, stated that the milestone reflects the company’s strategic vision to redefine waterfront living in Bahrain. He emphasized the project’s role in enhancing quality of life and attracting investment across real estate, tourism, and commercial sectors.
Najibi credited the project’s progress to official support, partner trust, and the efforts of local talent, highlighting its alignment with Bahrain’s economic development goals and commitment to sustainable growth.
Managing Director Yusuf Althawadi confirmed that work is proceeding according to the highest engineering standards. He noted that reaching the 15th floor of the Residence Tower underscores the company’s commitment to quality and design excellence.
Bahrain Marina spans over 250,000 square metres along Manama’s eastern shoreline. Once complete, it will include freehold luxury residences, a five-star hotel, a yacht marina, a marine club, landscaped areas, and a retail and dining promenade—positioning it as a landmark coastal development in the region.
