Bahrain: Meat subsidy payout to be deposited on Thursday
Meat subsidy payments will be deposited to the accounts of 169,130 Bahraini families on October 15.
The Labour and Social Development Ministry announced that it has finalised all preparations for the payments of the meat subsidy compensation.
The ministry noted that the amounts would be credited in the citizens’ bank accounts in advance for the months of October, November and December.
It highlighted that 168,054 Bahraini families would receive the compensation worth BD 7,138,634.
The meat subsidy compensation is based on a resolution issued by the Cabinet in May 2015.
