Bahrain: Ministry of Foreign Affairs Launches Virtual Service

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) launched its virtual assistant service, “Ask MOFA”. “Ask MOFA” is a new channel to provide electronic services that work with artificial intelligence technology to communicate and interact around the clock.

MOFA noted that the aim of launching this service was to provide answers to all types of questions and inquiries regarding all services provided by the ministry and the missions of the Kingdom of Bahrain abroad.
