Riding bicycles has become familiar in the streets of the Kingdom. It has become the last resort for all ages as an affordable way of healthy sports that people can practice within the limits of general laws and procedures issued to limit the spread of COVID-19 as well as social distancing.
People started making a kind of healthy sport away from gatherings especially since many studies concluded that the use of bicycle daily reduces cardiovascular disease and depression.
It was also noticed that people started shopping from nearby stores using bicycles as a type of sports before or after Iftar.
It is noteworthy that according to the UK Public Health Association, half an hour cycling everyday reduces the risk of diseases to about half.
