Saudi: Student Fatally Hit by Vehicle After Disembarking From School Bus
In a heartbreaking incident, a student lost his life in the Eastern Province after being struck by a vehicle after the school day on Sunday.
Sa’eed Al-Bahs, the spokesperson for Eastern Province Education, disclosed that the victim, Baraa bin Ahmed Abu Shaqaf, was involved in a fatal accident after disembarking from the school bus provided by the Development Company for Educational Transportation.
The incident occurred as Baraa was on his way home after completing the school day. The unfortunate event resulted in the student’s untimely death.
The General Administration of Education in the Eastern Province, specifically the School Security and Safety Administration, is diligently adhering to the established procedures in response to such tragic occurrences.
Expressing heartfelt condolences, the General Administration of Education in the Eastern Province extended sincere sympathy to the grieving family of Baraa. The young student was enrolled at Abu Dawood Elementary School under the West Dammam Education Office.
The educational community in the Eastern Province was saddened by the loss of the student. They prayed for strength and solace to the family and loved ones during this time of bereavement.
