Bahrain National Handball Team are gearing up to take part in the 2020 Olympic Games, which will kick off on January 23 and run until August 8.
The national team line-up includes 16 players who will make the trip to Tokyo. They are: Hussein Al Sayyad, Mohammed Mirza Salman, Mohammed Abdulhussein, Ali Mirza Salman, Mohammed Abdulridha, Hassan Al Samahiji, Mohammed Habib Madan, Ahmed Al Maqabi, Ali Eid, Bilal Basham, Mahdi Saad, Kameel Mahfoudh, Ahmed Jalal, Mohammed Habib Nasser, Hassan Mirza and Hussein Mahfoudh.
The team will head to Japan on July 16 to play friendly matches before taking on Sweden on July 24 as part of Group B which also includes Egypt, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Japan.
