Bahrain: NHRA Inspection Finds 40 Violations At Pharmacies

NHRA inspections revealed around 40 violations were found at the pharmacies in Bahrain related to selling, pricing and licensing of medicines.

One of the most common types of violation detected during NHRA inspection was related to selling.

NHRA authorities 15 of them altogether spotted five types of recurring violations related to pricing (8), pharmacy set up violations (5), licensing violations (6) and temperature/humidity/fridge violation (6).

NHRA said there are currently 263 licensed pharmacies in the kingdom with 95 pharmacies in the Capital Governorate.
