Bahrain does not plan a complete or partial curfew during the Eid Al Fitr holiday, a high-level source has said.
“No curfew will be imposed as it has been recently circulated,” Akhbar Al Khaleej quoted the unnamed source as saying.
“Shops will continue working while observing previously placed conditions,” the source added.
Bahrain’s Health Ministry Thursday said that 147 more patients had recovered, taking the country’s overall recoveries to 3,715.
The country’s Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs has called for sighting the crescent of the Shawwal month Friday evening to determine the start of Eid.
