Bahrain opens new drive-through COVID-19 testing center in Awali

The Ministry of Health announced the opening of a new drive-through testing center in Awali, near Bahrain Centre for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (Derasat).

Testing appointments at the new drive-through facility are now open.

The new drive-through center replaces the previous drive-through center located at the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club, the ministry said.

The new drive-through center features the latest medical equipment, and it will increase Bahrain’s testing capacity and support the Kingdom’s comprehensive COVID-19 response, the ministry added.
