Bahrain: Over 1,700 citizens benefit from “Mazaya” housing programme

Bahrain’s Housing Minister has revealed that as many as 1,727 citizens have benefited from the “Mazaya” from January 2021 to June of the same, raising the total number of beneficiaries since 2013 to 8,238.

The minister added that 54% the beneficiaries of the scheme who bought units or flats between 2013 and mid 2021 are from the Northern Governorate, while 32% are from the Muharraq Governorate, 7% from the Capital Governorate and 8% from the Southern Governorate.
