Bahrain: Philippine Embassy Suspends Application for Financial Assistance

According to an advisory issued by the Philippine Embassy in Bahrain on Instagram, OFW’s will no longer be able to apply for financial assistance on-site. This is due to the sudden surge of applications for financial assistance under DOLE-AKP for OFWs.

The online application has also been closed as on 18th April, 5:30 am. This is to avoid potential collapse pf the system and in consideration of the limited budget allocated for OFWs in the Kingdom.

Existing applications will be reviewed, and online application will be re-opened if warranted.
