Bahrain: Pregnant women injured in 2-car accident
A Bahraini woman sustained moderate injuries in a traffic accident between two cars in the early hours of Monday morning in Hamad Town.
The woman was pregnant and when she was making her way at one o’clock in Hamad Town, she collided with another car driven by a young Bahraini man on the course of the road. As a result, the Bahraini woman sustained moderate injuries, before she was transported to the Bahrain Defense Force Hospital to receive the necessary treatment, while the two cars were damaged, one of them badly.
The details of the accident indicate that one of the drivers entered into the path of the other.
Immediately after the accident, the police arrived at the scene and facilitated the traffic of vehicles. The cars were removed, and then the official authorities opened an investigation to find out the cause of the accident.
