Bahrain: Public Urged to Follow Preventive Measures as Cases Rise

People in Bahrain were again warned not to attend gatherings and maintain social distancing to stem the outbreak of coronavirus.

During a press conference held by the Ministry of Health, it was announced that they registered an increase in the number of active cases due to non-compliance of rules by the public.

The public was urged to actively follow preventive measures such as handwashing, wearing of masks and maintaining social distance.

The rules for funerals were also reiterated, as only close family may attend funerals in the current situation.
