Bahrain Records 31st Coronavirus Death

The Ministry of Health announces the death of a 71-year-old resident, a registered active case of Coronavirus suffering from underlying and chronic health problems.

The Ministry of Health expresses its heartfelt condolences to the individual’s family at this difficult time. The patient, along with all other active COVID-19 cases, had been placed in isolation and received extensive 24-hour treatment from a specialised medical team.

 

There are currently 79 cases receiving treatment, of which 12 are in a critical condition. 5,048 cases are stable out of a total of 5,060 active cases.

31 deaths have been reported so far.
