Bahrain records 620 new COVID-19 cases, 13 deaths

Out of 13,151 COVID-19 tests carried out on 16 June 2021, 620 new cases have been detected among 304 expats and 316 contacts of active cases.

There were 1,636 recoveries, increasing total recoveries to 249,129.

There were 13 deaths, taking the total COVID-19 death toll to 1,259.

There are currently 248 cases in critical condition and 223 receiving treatment. 10,318 are stable out of a total of 10,566 active cases.
