Bahrain records rise in active cases with 316 new infections

Out of 10,911 COVID-19 tests carried out on 12 January 2021, 316 new cases have been detected among 126 expatriate workers, 171 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 19 are travel related. There were 275 recoveries, increasing total recoveries to 92,920.

There are currently 20 COVID19 cases in a critical condition, and 48 cases receiving treatment. 2,899 are stable out of a total of 2,919 active cases.
