Bahrain Registers 292 Coronavirus cases on August 23

Out of 9,602 COVID-19 tests carried out yesterday, 292 new cases have been detected among which 118 are expatriate workers, 171 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 3 are travel related. There were 392 recoveries, increasing total to 45,981.

There are currently 34 COVID19 cases in a critical condition, and 63 cases receiving treatment. 3,131 cases are stable out of a total of 3,165 active cases.
