Bahrain reports 1 death, 36 more new coronavirus cases

The Ministry of Health confirmed that it detected 36 more new coronavirus cases, bringing the total of active cases to 3,601.

The Ministry also announces the death of a 60-year-old female Bahraini national, a registered active case of coronavirus suffering from underlying and chronic health problems. Ten deaths have been recorded in total.

Of the 36 new cases reported, 20 are expatriate workers, 13 are contacts of existing cases and 3 are travel related.

The Ministry of Health also recorded 10 more recoveries from COVID-19 today, increasing total recoveries in Bahrain to 2,205. 

 

 

 

Currently, a total of 205,570 have been tested and 3,601 active cases have been confirmed, amongst which 6 patients are in critical condition.
