The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism in Bahrain has warned hairdressing salons in the Kingdom not to operate under any circumstance or to provide any of the services either at their shops or customers’ homes.
The ministry also ordered to remove all old advertisements offering home services, which is currently banned by law.
Announcing the decision, the ministry said these advertisements are creating confusion among the general public, hence should be removed immediately.
The ministry earlier ordered to close all Women and Men salons in the Kingdom as a precautionary measure to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
Strict actions will be taken against all those flouting the laws and regulations, said The Assistant Undersecretary of Control and Resources, Abdulaziz Al-Ashraf.
