The stage is set for the Asian Weightlifting Championship 2022 (AWC) which will open today, October 6, at the Crowne Plaza Conference Hall.
The event is being held under the the patronage of Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) First Deputy Chairman, General Sports Authority (GSA) Chair and Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) President HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
The tournament which concludes on October 16, is being organized by Bahrain Weightlifting Federation under the supervision of the Asian Weightlifting Championship 2022 (AWC).
