In continuation of its campaigns to reduce the occurrence of highway occupancy, the Capital Secretariat continued its inspection campaigns on violations of the highway occupancy and street vendors who are not authorized in Manama on Sheikh Hamad Street and Sa`sa’a Street.

The secretariat stated that violations of street vendors operating in the public road were removed, as they sell vegetables, fruits and fish without observing the health requirements, which threatens public safety and health of the community in addition to illegally selling clothes and others.
