Bahrain announced that the annual judicial leave has been suspended of all courts at all its levels and categories throughout the year. This was due to solving cases of people within the current situation of Covid-19.
The justice sector has already witnessed a major electronic transformation through the launching of fully electronic filing of litigation services, submitting notes, implementation of judgments, in addition to remote video trials.
