Bahrain: Talabat Introduces Contactless and Cashless Delivery

Food delivery companies are advising customers not to pay for orders with cash to help prevent the further spread of coronavirus. Talabat has rolled out contactless delivery options across for anyone who makes and pays for an order online.

How does contactless delivery work?⁣

• Place your order and pay online.⁣
• When the rider arrives, he will ring your doorbell, and place your food by the door! (be sure to have a small chair or table for him to put it on)⁣
• The rider will then practice social distancing, stepping four – five meters backwards, for both yours and his safety.⁣
• Once you’ve received your delivery, he’ll give you a wave and be on his way!⁣
